Menus are designed by our nutritional expert, Susan Farkas, based on an anti-inflammatory diet that incorporates mostly local and organic produce. Our private culinary team creates wholesome meals based on what is fresh, inspiring, and thoughtful for the day. You will increase your metabolic health by consuming more plant base proteins, seasonal vegetables and fruits, and nutrient dense food.

Reclaim a youthful appearance with acclaimed anti-aging therapies based on Anti-inflammatory foods, Mindfulness practice, daily movement and using mineral-rich treatments sourced from nature.

A retreat can recharge your relationship with food—especially when you take home a few recipes or cooking tips.

Our wholeness program is designed by our wellness expert, Dr. Sandra Coiffman, and focuses on achieving a balance of the mind, body and spirit. With daily movement, yoga and breath work practices, customized for all levels, you will experience a renewed sense of energy, joy, connection and wellness. The daily guided meditation sessions will calm your mind and open you to all the infinitive possibilities of your life.
